Operational Background
Terry PiddingtonPrior to joining Core Capital Group in 2000, Terry had over 25 years of executive-level operating, marketing and sales, strategic development and M&A experience in both the public and private sectors of the Federal government contracting marketplace. Most recently he was Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Development for Computer Technology Associates, Inc. (CTA). While with CTA he was instrumental in guiding the company’s growth from $15 million to over $250 million in annual sales. During his tenure he led the company’s efforts to successfully complete several M&A transactions.

Investment Banking Experience
Terry has been directly involved in the M&A world for over 20 years and has led a great many successful transactions. He works extensively with Federal government contractors in the $10 million to $100 million revenue range, including companies who are, or have recently, participated in the SBA’s 8(a) contracting program.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he was selected for membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the national honor society for collegiate business schools.

Terry and Carol enjoy spending time with their children and seven grandchildren. They are very active in their church as well as several community service organizations.
